    Shipping Policy

    We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible!

    Order Processing

    • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours or less
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will ship the next business day
    • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

    Shipping Method

    • All orders are shipped via USPS

    Shipping Address Responsibility

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
    • We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

      The customer will be responsible for additional postage to have the item reshipped

      If you choose not to have the item reshipped, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit (if applicable)

    Exchange Policy

    We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with an exchange under the guidelines below.

    Final Sale Items

    • Items marked FINAL SALE or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • These items are clearly labeled at the time of purchase.

    Exchange Eligibility

    • Requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date (as shown on your package).

    Item Condition Requirements

    To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
    • Tags must be attached
    • Free of odors, pet hair, or any damage

    Important:
    Removing tags indicates acceptance of the item. Items without tags are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

    Return Authorization Required

    • All returns/exchanges must be approved before being sent back.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address, so please verify the return address carefully before shipping.
    • All items will have a tracking number. These are emailed to the address supplied in your account.
    • Buyers can obtain the tracking number by emailing hello@trulycontagious.com.
    • We pride ourselves on our EXTREMELY FAST SHIPPING.  
    • Therefore once a product is ordered it is already in the shipping process, so you may not cancel. Read about exchanges for your options.

    • Your order number
    • A note indicating which item(s) you are returning
      (Including your packing slip is perfectly fine if available)
