EXCHANGE POLICY
- All sale and clearance items marked FINAL SALE are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange. Such items are clearly marked and exchanges will not be accepted.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your exchangeable product, please contact us within 14 days of the date the product was shipped (located on your package) to arrange a return for a gift card. NO REFUNDS, exchanges will be credited a gift card for future purchases online. The amount of shipping will be subtracted from the gift card price if the package was eligible for free shipping on all returns.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)

- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of the date and time your tracking number shows delivered for assistance. Email support@shopcontagious.com. After 72 hours all items are an AS IS sale. The current condition of the item has been assumed acceptable by the buyer. The tags must be attached for further exchange or return. REMOVAL OF THE TAGS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE AN “AS IS” ITEM. This makes the item a FINAL SALE.
